Weeds Star Jessica Jaymes Dead at 43

Adult film star Jessica Jaymes was found unconscious at her home in 900 block Hayvenhurst Avenue in San Ferdinando Valley, California. She was found unconscious and later pronounced dead at 4.20 p.m. The cause of death is yet unknown and is under investigation.

Her husband, who went to check in on her in North Hills, found Jaymes. On arriving, her husband found Jaymes unconscious, reported The Blast. Later on, the emergency service was called for an unresponsive and unconscious female at 4.15 p.m. Jessica didn’t respond to her husband’s messages a few days prior, and that is why he went on to check her in her home.

Notably, Jaymes had a history of seizures. According to TMZ, the investigating authorities found several prescription drugs at Jaymes’ home.

Jaymes, whose original name was Jessica Redding, was born in Anchorage, Alaska, on March 8, 1979. She was born to a French and Czechoslovakian mother and Seminole father. Her father was a patrol officer and DEA agent. Jessica was 5 feet 7 inches and born under the sun sign Pisces, with hazel eyes and raven hair.

 Redding graduated from the Rio Salado Community College, Arizona, and started working as a teacher. She taught grades 4 – 6 and children aged 9 to 12 years. Jessica was an honor art student and a classical pianist. She had impeccable writing skills, which helped her become a teacher at 18, where she imparted knowledge to young kids. Her colleagues mentioned that she was easygoing as a teacher, and loved kids well. Perhaps this was why she went on to teach kids at such an early age.

Before graduating from Rio Salado Community College, she attended New Mexico Military Institute. While Jaymes loved teaching, she was an exhibitionist at heart. Perhaps that is why she moved on to adult films. Her first film was “sexhibition #9”, which was deemed NSFW and showed off her exhibitive nature.

She started her adult career in 2002 at the age of 26. Two years later in 2004, the Hustler signed her up, and she never looked back, as she became the first video model at the Hustler. A year later she became Hustler Honey of the Year in 2005.

Over the course of her adult film career, Jaymes had appeared in 230 films. She also co-founded her porn studio, Spizoo in 2008. She also became Penthouse Pet of the Month, in 2008. She was an active performer on her website and earned exclusive credits for her performance. She was inducted in the Hall of Fame of Adult Video News in 2018, for her contribution to the industry.

Aside from her role and contribution in the adult industry, Jaymes is also known for her performance in Weeds. She has also made an appearance on VH1’s Celebrity Rehab Sober House, The Howard Stone Show, and HBO’s Vivid Valley. Another notable performance of Jessica was at a bachelor party in 2004, attended by Nick Lachey.

Jaymes was quite active on social media and known for interacting with her fans and followers regularly. Last week, she posted on her social media that she was busy vacationing and couldn’t post.

“Hey guys took a little vacation for a couple of days I love you all,” she wrote. “Apologies and I hope everyone is having the best sex time of their life!”

After her death, several actresses have expressed their grief. Several posts have gone up on social media, expressing grief over her death.

“Jessica Jaymes was one of the nicest big-name girls to me when I was new, and every time I’ve seen her after that, “ tweeted Romi Rain. “I felt welcomed by her, motivated by her many successes and grateful for a friendly face. I didn’t know her well, but I will definitely miss her energy.”
